Nigthingale Songs.com is a simple website, where you type in any word and translate it into “bird’s” song.  You can download that song or just listen to it online, either way, it’s a great way to heal yourself especially in the morning or before you go to bed.

Arita Porcelain, known among European collectors as Imari porcelain is made in the town of Arita, Japan.  Arita porcelain has painted decor of underglaze blue and iron red on a white background.

As an effort to revitalize the region and its traditional craft,   they spent five years creating these beautiful kaleidoscopes.

In this youtube video, Keizo Ishiwaka explains the healing effect this Arita kaleidoscope had on hospital patients as well as to healthy people.  According to him, that was the inspiration to create Arita kaleidoscope.

Michael J. Fox – actor, founder Michael J. Fox foundation, optimist who believes in gross national happiness.

He went to Bhutan to find out why people there are much happier and optimistic about life.

He was written a book title “Adventures of An Incurable Optimist.”   When this book was published in 2009, he had a TV show and appeared on Opera to talk about happiness.
